Rachel did an amazing job getting a contractor to fix house so it would sell for more money. Sold the house fast even got us more than asking. Always stayed communicated with us on everything very professional response with all of our calls and texts and worries with the comps were in that area than any other realtor that came by. The buyers needed more time and she got them to even pay for our mortgage for the month. We have to sit there longer to wait for the sale to be completed.
